Residential Architect &- Luxury Residential Construction

A growing high-end residential construction and design firm is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Residential Architect to join their team. This individual will play a key role in the design, planning, and execution of custom luxury homes and residential renovation projects from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural plans, elevations, and construction documents for custom residential projects
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and project teams throughout all phases of design and construction
  • Prepare and coordinate permit and construction drawing sets
  • Ensure plans meet local building codes, zoning requirements, and project specifications
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors as needed
  • Assist with material selections and design detailing
  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, and project revisions during construction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required
  • 3 years of residential architectural experience preferred
  • Experience with luxury custom homes or high-end residential remodeling strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar architectural software
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods and detailing
  • Knowledge of permitting processes, zoning regulations, and building codes
