| About the College/Unit/Department | Part of the Division of Student Affairs, University Housing consists of nearly 2.8 million square feet of facilities and is home to more than 9,000 students. The department employs 220 full-time staff members, 21 graduate assistants and 565 undergraduate student workers. As a self-supporting auxiliary, University Housing operates a $59 million budget derived only from student housing fees and other non-state sources. Duties/Responsibilities
| Duties/Responsibilities | 1. Assist in facilitating the safe packing, removal and transport of furniture, supplies and equipment throughout the residence communities. 2. Help in the efficient taking of accurate physical inventories. 3. Receive supplies verifying quantities and /or noting any shortages or damage. 4. Safely operate material handling equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks, trucks, or dollies. 5. Other duties consistent with the purpose and scope of this position as may be assigned. 6. Will drive university vehicles when necessary to perform job tasks. |
