Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50 per hour
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Extrusion Operator You’ll be:
- Operating production and extrusion equipment to produce finished products according to specifications
- Interpreting instructions and setting up equipment for production runs
- Checking products for quality, removing defective items, and maintaining accurate records
- Cleaning, maintaining, and performing basic repairs on equipment
- Troubleshooting minor production and equipment issues, and escalating as necessary
- Monitoring manufacturing processes, verifying parameters, and participating in process improvements
- Handling, storing, and disposing of materials in compliance with safety policies
- Participating in calibration, validation protocols, and maintaining Device History Records
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have experience in a manufacturing, biotechnology, or related production environment (preferred)
- Are comfortable working in a regulated environment and following safety protocols
- Possess strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Can work as part of a team and communicate effectively with management and peers
- Are willing to support process improvements and continuous learning
- Can use PPE and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Are available for 2nd and 3rd shift work and flexible to cover other operators as needed
