Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, communications, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, event coordination, or related areas.
Position Summary
Responsible for education surrounding the execution of NIL activities for athletes across the University of Georgia Athletics which includes ensuring athlete marketing engagement commitments are kept and performed with national, regional, and local brands. This role is responsible for acting as a liaison between athletes and brands to support the NIL activities of athletes at UGA. This position is further responsible for managing key administrative functions and collaborating across internal stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with operational systems, project management tools, and vendor coordination preferred
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive execution

  • Support day-to-day NIL schedules of designated university athletes, which include appointments, travel logistics, interviews, and marketing commitments.
  • Facilitate regular communication with athletes and brands as part of management and coordination of planned NIL activities.
  • Serve as a key contact for athletes and brands on day of NIL activity activation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support by streamlining internal and external resources, managing budgets, coordinating communications, and overseeing technology systems.
Percentage of time 35

  • Manage all communications channels (including, but not limited to NIL Team email account and internal communication channels)
  • Support virtual and in-person recruiting efforts as permitted by NCAA legislation.

Technology & Tracking:
  • Oversee internal initiatives and workflow, generate regular reports, and maintain accurate records for the UGA NIL Team
  • Work in tandem with Compliance department to update student-athlete representation tracker
  • Facilitate New Student-Athlete Orientations create and file all signed documents related to meetings
  • Monitor and track NIL Go while managing action items with the Compliance Department
  • Create case studies of highly successful NIL activations for reference internally and externally.
