Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will report to senior site leadership and take full ownership of on-site construction delivery across multiple project types. You will be responsible for driving safety, quality, and schedule performance while coordinating field teams and trade partners.
- Lead day-to-day site operations from mobilization through close-out
- Manage subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and safety targets are met
- Oversee construction sequencing, logistics planning, and site coordination
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a zero-incident jobsite culture
- Collaborate closely with Project Executives and General Superintendents
- Monitor progress against schedule and proactively resolve field issues
- Represent the business professionally with clients, inspectors, and consultants

The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Background delivering data center, light industrial, or Class A interior projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
- Experience managing subcontractors and self-perform field teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
- Proficiency with industry tools such as Procore, Primavera, or similar platforms
