This role is responsible for managing an organization that spans a wide-range of functional and technical skillsets. This role helps to drive analytical initiatives to tangible results meeting and exceeding the supply chain’s operational and financial targets. The role requires considerable analytical and technical skills, ability to effectively describe those processes to leadership, and successfully drive implementation. The role requires strong partnership & communication skills with operational teams. Direct Manager/ Direct Reports:This Position typically reports to Director Supply Chain Analytics. This role has 3 direct reports. Travel Requirements:Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time. Physical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions:Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of Tableau. Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)Proficient with data mining software (e.g., IBM Cognos Business Intelligence, Hadoop)Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to develop and apply advanced mathematical/statistical techniques. Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation. Demonstrated project management skills. S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, supply chain or related quantitative field. Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, or comparable database systems.
