Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a corporate technology location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with badge checks, directions, and reporting of suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized access attempts.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing incident reports, maintaining awareness of facility activity, and following post orders for after-hours access, deliveries, and other security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• 1 years of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
