Job Description
Job Title: Project Executive &- Commercial Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join a leading General Contractor. This role will oversee multiple commercial construction projects and project teams from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall performance
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Support business development efforts and help secure new projects
- Provide leadership and problem-solving throughout all phases of construction
Qualifications:
- 10 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience managing diverse project types including office, healthcare, retail, education, and industrial
- Proven leadership experience in a senior project management or Project Executive role
- Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, and financial management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
