Job Description

Job Title: Project Executive &- Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to join a leading General Contractor. This role will oversee multiple commercial construction projects and project teams from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Support business development efforts and help secure new projects
  • Provide leadership and problem-solving throughout all phases of construction
Qualifications:
  • 10 years of commercial construction experience
  • Experience managing diverse project types including office, healthcare, retail, education, and industrial
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior project management or Project Executive role
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, contracts, and financial management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
