Job Description

We’re hiring a detail-driven Project Coordinator to support PMs and APMs on high-end custom home projects. This Project Coordinator will help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support PMs/APMs on luxury residential projects

  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and materials

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

  • Track progress, budgets, and timelines using construction software

  • Communicate with clients, designers, and trade partners

Qualifications

  • 3 years of residential construction experience (luxury preferred)

  • Experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

  • Strong with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)

  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
