Are you a sales powerhouse who loves turning great ideas into unforgettable experiences At Silverspot Cinema, we're looking for a multi-unit Director of Event Sales to take center stage, driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering exceptional events across our locations. If you thrive on closing deals, leading teams, and creating "wow" moments for clients, this is your spotlight. What You'll Do:Drive event sales growth by generating new business, nurturing leads, and closing high-value deals. Build strong relationships with corporate clients, studios, agencies, planners, and community partners. Lead and develop a high-performing event sales team through coaching, goal setting, and performance management. Oversee the full event lifecycle - from concept and proposal through execution and post-event follow-up. Partner with theater operations to ensure seamless, high-quality event delivery. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including budgets, pricing models, and target markets. Ensure CRM (Tripleseat) accuracy and consistent follow-up on all inquiries and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and accounting teams to maximize profitability and performance. Analyze sales performance and produce reports, forecasts, and insights to drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For:3 years of event sales experience (hospitality, catering, restaurant, or hotel preferred) [Director o...05.31.2024 | Word]Proven success in sales, negotiation, and business development.
