Safely operate a 15-passenger company van (including driver)Transport crew members and/or transition program participants between company locations and job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues Conduct passenger headcounts before and after each trip to ensure accountability Enforce safety requirements, including seatbelt use and appropriate conduct Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional environment. Follow assigned schedules, routes, and adjust as needed. Communicate with supervisors regarding delays, incidents, or concerns. Complete basic logs, mileage tracking, and reports as needed.
