Shift: Rotating Night Shift, 6:45pm–7:15am

What’s a typical day as Operator 1 - Machine You’ll be:
- Operating production equipment to assemble and process materials into finished products according to specifications.
- Assisting with equipment set up, changeovers, and cleaning as needed.
- Conducting quality control inspections of products and removing defective items.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production and equipment.
- Troubleshooting minor production issues and alerting supervisors of maintenance needs.
- Preparing and verifying tickets, labels, and paperwork for production batches.
- Performing specialized functions such as rackwinding and annealing according to requirements.
- Supporting area leads, ordering raw materials, and helping with inventory controls.
- Promoting innovation and continuous learning throughout the team.
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment according to the 6S program.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience operating manufacturing machinery or production equipment (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple job functions.
- Are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow all safety and quality guidelines.
- Possess basic troubleshooting skills and can report production issues proactively.
- Are comfortable with shift work and can support team needs as required.
- Have strong communication skills to report and resolve production challenges.
