Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage customer orders across multiple channels (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, and B2B/wholesale accounts) \n\t
- Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, 3PL partners, and LTL/FTL freight carriers \n\t
- Track shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively resolve fulfillment or transportation issues \n\t
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and channels to prevent stockouts and delays \n\t
- Communicate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth order flow \n\t
- Maintain accurate records in ERP, inventory, and order management systems \n\t
- Manage returns, replacements, and carrier claims as needed \n
