Make operator-level adjustments to achieve spec (ram depth/angle, backgauge offsets, crowning/compensation per procedure)
Maintain part counts, identification, and job traceability; record production, scrap, and downtime
Support a clean, organized work area (5S) and follow daily/weekly checklists
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements (pinch-point awareness, safe lifting/material handling)
Requirements
1 years press brake experience (Amada preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions (basic GD&T a plus)
Comfortable with measurement tools (protractor/angle gauge, calipers, tape, squares)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Amada controls and operator-level program selection/editing
Experience with air bending across a variety of materials/thicknesses
Familiarity with bend sequencing, part handling, and repeatability best practices
