• Clean the interior and exterior of the property to standard.
• Property groundskeeping, including trash collection.
• Vacuuming, mopping and/or shampooing floors in resident rooms and common areas; stocking bathrooms
• Assist the service team with work orders, moving furniture, and unloading and storing supplies.
• Support the service team with apartment make-ready duties, including trash outs, cleaning, and painting.
• Assist in property turnover process.
• Support the service team with pool maintenance (if applicable) and pressure washing.
• Safely operate all facility equipment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Assist in maintaining clean and orderly shops, storage areas, and back-of house environments, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized.
• Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

As a Groundskeeper, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining an ACC student housing community. In this role, you will maintain buildings and grounds, including common areas and amenities, to enhance and maintain the property’s curb appeal.
