Axiom Staffing is hiring for a Customer Service Rep/ Account Manager in Kennesaw, GA! Resumes and Interviews will be required!


Shift: 8am – 5pm

Pay: $48,000 – $50,000

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Job Type: Contract to Hire


Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, account management, and administrative experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with ERP or order management systems preferred

Job Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and returns accurately in the system
  • Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams regarding order status and delivery schedules
  • Communicate product availability, lead times, and pricing information
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Assist Sales team with order tracking and account support
  • Prepare reports related to order status, backorders, and customer requests
  • Support billing inquiries and coordinate with Accounting as needed
