Qualifications
- Prior customer service, account management, and administrative experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with ERP or order management systems preferred
Job Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and returns accurately in the system
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams regarding order status and delivery schedules
- Communicate product availability, lead times, and pricing information
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Assist Sales team with order tracking and account support
- Prepare reports related to order status, backorders, and customer requests
- Support billing inquiries and coordinate with Accounting as needed
