Track and record equipment and Line downtime information Perform Line Checks, which may include but are not limited to: Thermal system set point Fill weights Bottle temps at filling and after cooling Pull up torques and tamper band check Rinser set point Start up, flavor change, and extensive downtime brix checks Start up and flavor change sensory CIP concentrations Bottle code accuracy Challenge Filtec bottle rejection system Closure and Bottle data entry in Infinity Closure and Bottle routine inspections Perform cap application checks Perform Operators related PMs on equipment Maintain 100% compliance with HACCP and AIB standards. Trouble-shoot and complete minor adjustments on equipment. Review and verify Filler Chart is working by performing check at required frequency Perform minor machine maintenance activities as required. Perform Sanitation of the filler and associated equipment according to sanitation schedule. Enter QA checks and Sanitation records in IQS or similar system Demonstrate ownership of the job and add to the success of the team Participate on a Natural Work Team Support TPM activities through participation on TPM team and completing required paperwork (CIL, CL, etc.) - Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at anytime. - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Able to communicate, read, and write in English lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis work in a safe and controlled manner and comply with GMPs, Standards of Conduct, and Company Policies and be flexibility to work off-shifts as needed High School Diploma or GED Perform basic calculator functions Manage basic computer applications and HMI Person awarded this bid will need to be self-directed in the completion of daily tasks and responsibilities.
